Should You Choose To Accept It....

The Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of Polk County in conjunction with the Polk County Veteran's Council would like to invite you to a patriotic Themed "Warrior Walk" around beautiful Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, Florida.

The purpose of this event is to honor our U.S. Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines who have been killed in action while serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

If you are interested in participating in the non-competitive walk to honor our fallen troops, please join us. No signup's are required.

If you participated in the 2nd annual event last year, Thank You. This event would not of been successful without the community support and sponsorships we received.
Looking forward to a bigger and better event this year, so help us get the word out to all your friends, family members and co-workers! Save the Date!

2010- 1st year approx 900 in attendance
2011- 2nd year approx 1100 in attendance
